A Women’s Empowerment and Development program, an introductory approach aimed to personally, professionally, and socially develop women in low-resource neighborhoods. SEEDS is intended to lead the way to creating a healthy, equitable, and sustainable communities through an asset- based community development (ABCD) approach. We believe that if we develop residents in the community, they will then provide value added input and ownership to their neighborhoods. 

Mission statement- leading the way to equitable opportunities for women through personal, professional and social development. Creating a community of women equipped with the leadership skills necessary to make economic, healthy and other meaningful changes that can sustain themselves, families, and communities. 

Vision Statement- Resilient women empowered to take ownership and pursue a promising future by accessing equitable opportunities.
